Travel By Car

From the Wirral
From the Wirral, Wales and the M53, leave the M53 motorway at Junction 3 signposted Birkenhead and take the A552 for the Birkenhead (Queensway) Tunnel and Liverpool City Centre.
From the South
Approaching from the south, leave the M6 at junction 21A and take the M62 to Liverpool. Continue to the end of the M62 and follow signs for Liverpool City Centre, this will take you along Edge Lane. Follow signs for the Waterfront.
From the North
Approaching from the north, leave the M6 at junction 26, following signs for the M58 Liverpool. Drive to the end of M58 and then follow signs for A59 Liverpool. Continue to follow Liverpool City Centre until you see signs for the Waterfront.
Travel By Bus
Most Liverpool City centre-bound buses will call at either Queen Square bus station (a 15-minute walk) or Liverpool ONE Bus Station, which is only a five minute walk to Exhibition Centre Liverpool.
The CityLink Route C4 bus links Queen Square bus station, James Street rail station and Liverpool ONE Bus Station to ACC Liverpool.
CityLink Route C4 operates every 30 minutes on Mondays to Sundays, between 7am – 8pm. Merseytravel prepaid tickets and National Concessionary bus passes are all valid on this service.
Travel By Train
Virgin Trains operates hourly, with direct services from London Euston to Liverpool Lime Street. This journey usually takes just over 2 hours. From Manchester there are frequent and direct trains. Other long-distance rail services also operate into Liverpool Lime Street station.
Exhibition Centre Liverpool is a 20-minute walk from Lime Street through the city centre or a short taxi ride. You can also transfer at Lime Street onto the underground Wirral Line trains to James Street station (10 minute walk) or catch the CityLink Route C4 (7am – 8pm) directly to Exhibition Centre Liverpool. If travelling from outside Merseyside, your ticket includes an underground journey across Liverpool to James Street station from Lime Street station.

Travel By Plane
A transfer or taxi from Liverpool John Lennon Airport (JLA) to the city centre will take approximately 20 minutes or the express bus service Route 500 will take roughly 25 minutes, dropping you off within a five minute walk of Exhibition Centre Liverpool. If you prefer, we can arrange private transfers for you, contact us if this is an option you would like to look into.
Just 45 minutes’ away via the motorway network, Manchester Airport has an even more extensive network of flights, with long haul destinations including North America, Canada and Asia served with direct flights.
Is There A Cashpoint At The Venue?
There is no cash machine at the venue so make sure you bring cash with you, however many of the traders do accept card as well.

If you require medical assistance whilst at the venue, please inform a member of the stewarding team or any member of venue staff.
Where Can I Park?
The temporary Liverpool Waterfront Car Park is now open near to Exhibition Centre Liverpool off Queen's Wharf. On-site car parking is limited and is available on a first come first served basis. Accessible car parking is available on site. Additional car parking is also available nearby, with 3,000 spaces spread across three sites. Each car park is secure and open 24 hours.

What Are The Opening Hours
For all days of the event, the opening and closing times are 9am until 6pm. On Saturday 27th April there is Live Wrestling from 6pm until 9pm, and then our Camp and Furnace Afterparty will take place 10pm until 3am.
Is The Venue Disabled Friendly?
We have a dedicated team of customer assistants waiting to help you get the right ticket for your requirements. For The Love Of Wrestling customers with specific access requirements will need to register these details with our Customer Care team when they buy their ticket. Everybody’s requirements will be different and we want to ensure your enjoyment of the event, therefore, tickets can only be booked by calling our Customer Care team on 0344 8000 410. Customers will receive tickets allowing priority access to For The Love Of Wrestling, avoiding the queue and giving priority for autographs and photo opportunities, as well as at the front door. Customers will need to show their accessibility priority tickets to our venue stewards on arrival. There is Accessible Parking near the venue and dedicated accessible parking spaces are available.
Do You Offer Carer Tickets?
For The Love Of Wrestling will provide a free ticket to carers/personal assistants of fans who are attending that have a medical disability to accompany them in the venue. The person with disability will need to buy a full price general admission ticket, it is only the carer/personal assistant who is entitled to a free ticket. If the person with disability is under 16 years of age, a carer ticket will not be granted as all persons under 16 years of age need adult supervision anyhow. In order to receive an additional ticket the personal assistant needs to be on the carer's register which we will need proof of. Please call our customer services team to book on 0344 8000 410. Phone lines are open Monday - Saturday 9am - 9pm & Sundays and Bank Holidays 10am - 5pm.
How Do Photographs & Autographs Work?
Do I Need To Buy An Entry Ticket If I Purchase An Autograph Or Photograph?
Yes. Autograph and photographs are an optional extra on top of your general entry ticket.
Priority Queue For Prepaid Tickets
People who purchase a ticket in advance will get priority in the autograph and photograph queue. You can pay on the day for an autograph at the guest table but only after 12pm, anyone who has pre-purchased a ticket get access to the guests first and can join the autograph queue anytime from 9am. Prepaid tickets also get priority in the photo shoot queue.
Can I Have Someone Wait In The Diamond Pass Queue With Me?
Only the Diamond Pass holder will be allowed to stand in the queue to get their items signed or their photograph taken, however, we DO allow people to accompany a Diamond Pass holder in the queue IF they are clearly a carer or guardian to a minor, however, ONLY the pass holder can get the autograph or photograph and NOT the people accompanying them. Any carer or guardian in the Diamond Pass queue who wish to have an item signed or be in the photograph with the original Pass holder will also need to have a Diamond Pass.
Who Can Be In The Photo?
Each professional photograph taken has a maximum of four people allowed in it regardless of age as well as the guest/s. Each photo-op ticket will cover two people aged 5+, with under four's not needing a ticket at all.
EXAMPLES: A family of four with two adults and two 9-year-olds will need to purchase TWO tickets.
A couple wishing to have a photo op will only need to purchase ONE ticket.
A 9 year old WITHOUT an adult in the photo will need to purchase ONE ticket.
A couple and a one year old would only need to purchase ONE ticket.
When Are The Photo Times?
Photoshoot times can be anytime at all during the opening hours of the event. The schedule is released around two weeks prior to the show and will be emailed to all customers who have purchased a ticket. Before making final travel plans please wait for the final schedule to be published.
When Are Autograph Times?
Our special guests will be signing all day from 9.30am until 6pm if they are not in a live panel on stage or taking a break. Sometimes guests will arrive late or early due to travel requirements so please be aware of this when making your plans as we cannot guarantee they will be available all day.
What Can I Have Autographed?
You can have photos taken during photo ops signed at the tables, you can also choose from a selection of photographs on the guest's tables to be signed. Most guests will sign personal items such as comics, toys, DVDs, etc but this is at their own discretion.
Can I Have A Selfie At The Guests Table?
There are no rules against selfies with the guests, however, this is at the guests discretion on the day so be prepared for disappointment if they are not offering selfies, there may also be a charge for this at the table, again, at the discretion of the guest.
How Do I Get My Photos?
Photographs will be issued at 9x6 inch size in card frames within minutes after the photo shoot. You will receive 1 printed photo per person. Additional prints and digital copies will be available to order online after the event has finished.
What Is Your Weapons Policy?
Monopoly Events adopt a common-sense approach to items allowed in to the venue. Obviously anything that would be illegal to carry in public is forbidden. We would ask that you are considerate about other fellow customers when thinking of what you bring with you. Monopoly Events reserve the right to deny entry, withdraw access, or cancel tickets without refund . Monopoly Events Staff & Security for the event and venue reserve the right to reject any weapon or prop if deemed likely to cause a nuisance

* Metal blades - sharp or blunt e.g. swords, axes & knives.
* Bats - Wooden or Metal , Including baseball bats
* Guns - Rifles & Artillery
* Crossbows & Strug Bows , Sharp Arrows
* Gas Canisters
* Nails Protruding or other sharp items protruding from items or costumes
* Lazer pointers , regardless of being part of costume or prop
* Any other item that is deemed illegal to carry in the UK
We do not offer any exceptions to our rules regardless of memberships , licences etc. Bring your items at your own risk however Police may destroy confiscated items without consultation.
* Unrealistic Guns and Toy Guns such as Phasers and plasma guns are allowed up to 150cm
* Realistic imitation firearms such as airsoft guns & BB guns are allowed as long as they have the
brightly coloured tip or a muzzle fitted
* Bows & Crossbows are allowed if unstrung or props which cannot be operated
* Slings and catapults are allowed however no ammunition must be carried and will be confiscated if
Once again please bring items at your own risk , if staff and security deem them to be a risk to the event and its attendees confiscation is likely.
What Is Your Cosplay Policy?
* We do not allow nudity, adult fetish attire and extreme BDSM is not allowed.
* Costumes & Props must not create or involve naked flames.
* We would request that any larger costumes do not exceed 3 metres between two points of the
costume / prop.
* Monopoly Events reserve the right to intervene if any costumes / uniforms are inciting hate or crime
and are from any
organisations that are responsible for any crimes against humanity.
* Monopoly Events want all our visitors to enjoy our events therefore if you are in any doubt on any of

Can I book a traders table?
Yes, we are accepting applications for 2020 now.
Can I apply to volunteer on the event?
Yes, we are always looking for people to help with the event, in fact some of our full time staff started as volunteers themselves.
